This mod is this very same mod from V1.6[FREE 1.6]Splash page! Keep Your site legal

But this is for V2

Download and extract the file from the SplashScreen folder and inside the SplashScreen folder is the folder you will need to upload to your "file" directory.

Open it then open sampel1.html and replace all http://YOURSITE.com with yousite name.
also there is a banner to make it look better, you may place your site banner 468x60 or remove it. see the shot bellow
Save and close once you have added your own message.

Then upload the "popup" folder to your root/file.

Now go to admincp/Extension/Theme/Manage Theme/YourTheme/Edit Template/template.html.php
Find:

</head>

Above that add:

<link href="http://YOURSITE.com/file/popup/pt_popupbox.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet"><script src="http://YOURSITE.com/file/popup/pt_popupbox.js" type="text/javascript" ></SCRIPT>

and save it.
Change Yoursite.com with your site name.
and you are done.
To see it working you must clear your brownser cookies and reload the site.
