Create a new module by going to:

Admin Panel > Extensions > Module > Create New Module

The following is an example if you had a page called testing, obviously change the words "testing" to the name of your page to make it easier for yourself.

Product: phpFox
Module ID: testing
Add To Menu: No
Language Info: Testing

Then either create a new menu or edit the one you already created and select this new module in the module option.

Then add an image here:
theme\frontend\default\style\default\image\module\ testing.png

It would be best to keep the icon size the same size as the others (16x16px), you can use the fam fam icons.

Next you need to:

Admin Panel >> Menus >> Module >> Add New Menu

Product: phpFox
Module ID: testing
Connection: testing
URL: testing
Language Package Details:
Menu: Testing
