open your XAMPP Control Panel from your Task-bar> Start Modules:
Apache & MySql only

Open your favorite browser> Navigate to localhost
Run phpmyadmin> Privileges > Scroll down choice Add a new User
Login Information:
User Name> Use Text Filed> phpfoxdev
Host > Local> Localhost
Password> Use Text Filed> ***********
Re-Type> ***********

It's better to Generate than copy ! to avoid any mistakes ! lol

Don't Forget to take a copy of your password loool

Scroll Down.......

Database for user: Choice> Create database with same name and grant all privileges

Scroll Down......

Global privileges: choice> Check All

Scroll Down

Press Go

Now, Download The fox folder > Extract

Copy all the Upload folder content> past them into a new folder (for example foxrc1) inside your "C:/xampp/htdocs" folder

Go back again and open your new fox folder than navigate to:

include>setting
Rename the file server.sett.new to be server.sett.php

" Do not edit the value of the server.sett.php, you don't have to!!"

Run localhost/fox/install

Then just follow the installation process !!

Once you reach the phpFox Installer » Configuration

Enter the Value:

Database Driver: MySQL
Database Host:Localhost
Database Name:phpfoxdev
Database User Name:phpfoxdev
Database Password:***********

Than hit the Start the Install
