I need a 3 column layout as you have in your theme . Just confirm if you have fllowing options in your theme

There must be option to move and display any block on either hand.
There must be option to display a block on right hand side on one page and in left hand side on other. In short I just need a facebook like theme. 2: Change the css of blocks .just like facebook (no borders)

3: No top navigation, simple links on left hand side navigation.





If these option are not included how much extra would you charge for these and what will he time line?
