Additional info:

vBulletin and Phpfox now don't need to be in the same folder or database anymore! Plus the database information is now update on both sides so if you ever feel the need to unintegrate, you are free to do so . Users who were using the versions for 1.6 phpfox and got their passwords messed up in vBulletin, can now update them and they will be corrected.

I tagged this as an RC release as some things could not have been tested on my small website with artificial users. I consider it safe, yet I advise everyone to backup everything before installing this.
This version was reworked to work with version prior 2.0.6 so it includes many file edits. Once 2.0.6 is released it will be mostly handled via plugins.
